Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a vital procurement partner for significant capital investments and associated indirect spend across the organization.
- (Re-)Shape and implement sourcing strategies for selected categories, aligned with business priorities and long-term objectives.
- Lead supplier selection processes, strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Build productive supplier partnerships that enhance performance, foster innovation, create value, and manage risk.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and procurement stakeholders to deliver strategic projects.
- Promote procurement best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You Bring
- Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement transformation, or a related field.
- Expertise in change management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk, sustainability, and supplier performance objectives.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to leverage data and insights to support decision-making.
- A collaborative approach with experience working across functions and in international environments.
- Fluency in English and German, with French language skills as an advantage; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree and relevant experience are preferred.
