Key Responsibilities
Spare Parts Specialist (Immediate Onboarding)
- Prepare quotes and oversee the follow-up of spare parts orders.
- Prepare quotes and track repair or overhaul orders.
- Advise customers and subsidiaries on spare parts.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
- Ensure accurate and rigorous filing and documentation management.
Analyst (Progressively, in Addition to Spare Parts Specialist Duties)
- Support the spare parts service manager by preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
- Prepare financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
- Conduct analyses to optimize inventory management.
- Analyze to improve spare parts forecasting.
- Support analyses related to spare parts pricing strategies.
- Participate in continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.
Required Profile
- Master's degree in Engineering in a technical profession (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.).
- 3 to 10 years of industry experience.
- Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1), with an additional language (Italian, German, or Spanish) being an advantage.
- Knowledge of MATISA products or equivalent construction of railway renovation and maintenance machines is a strong asset.
Tools Utilized
- Sage X3 ERP system.
- Therefore - Document Management System.
- Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel.
- PowerBI.
