Key Responsibilities

Spare Parts Specialist (Immediate Onboarding)

• Prepare quotes and oversee the follow-up of spare parts orders.
• Prepare quotes and track repair or overhaul orders.
• Advise customers and subsidiaries on spare parts.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
• Ensure accurate and rigorous filing and documentation management.

Analyst (Progressively, in Addition to Spare Parts Specialist Duties)

• Support the spare parts service manager by preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
• Prepare financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
• Conduct analyses to optimize inventory management.
• Analyze to improve spare parts forecasting.
• Support analyses related to spare parts pricing strategies.
• Participate in continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.

Required Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering in a technical profession (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.).
• 3 to 10 years of industry experience.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1), with an additional language (Italian, German, or Spanish) being an advantage.
• Knowledge of MATISA products or equivalent construction of railway renovation and maintenance machines is a strong asset.

Tools Utilized

• Sage X3 ERP system.
• Therefore - Document Management System.
• Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel.
• PowerBI.
