Responsibilities

• Strategic site development and planning for 72,000 m² of production, warehouse, and office space.
• Management of facility operations.
• Engagement with local stakeholders.
• Maintenance of management systems for quality, environment, and safety to ensure our license to operate.
• Oversight of certification processes.
• Implementation of effective processes in product conformity and marine product safety.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience at the management team level, with indirect management exposure.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a commitment to personnel development.
• University degree.
• Experience in a management role in real estate or facility management.
• Familiarity with ISO management systems.
• Robust background in change management and process improvements.
• Solution-oriented and service-minded approach.
• A genuine curiosity to seek improvements.
• Fluency in both English and German.
