Your Role

As a key player in shaping our strategic growth agenda, you will be instrumental in executing high-impact transactions and partnerships. This role includes leading the identification, evaluation, and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities that contribute to long-term value creation and strategic expansion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and support all phases of M&A processes, including origination, execution, and closing.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models such as DCF, trading/comparable multiples, and synergy-based valuation analyses.
  • Coordinate complex, cross-functional due diligence that encompasses financial, commercial, legal, and tax aspects.
  • Prepare high-quality investment materials including investment memoranda, board presentations, management decks, NBOs, BOs, and decision papers.
  • Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution working alongside senior leadership and external advisors.
  • Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitive analyses to identify inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate acquisition targets, partnerships, and divestment options that align with corporate strategy.
  • Support post-merger integration activities, ad-hoc financial analysis, and financing initiatives.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a prestigious institution.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory, with Big 4 experience considered an asset.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation with hands-on transaction execution experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of M&A processes, due diligence frameworks, and deal structuring.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a notable advantage.
  • Fluency in English and French; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset complemented by a structured, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic, deal-driven environment.
