Your Mission

Your role will be instrumental in developing disruptive processes that enhance product performance and enable more efficient, sustainable, and agile manufacturing. Collaborating with a team of innovation engineers, you will lend your expertise in translating ideas into scalable manufacturing technologies and machine constructions. By leveraging your interdisciplinary knowledge in mechanical and process engineering, you’ll create innovative manufacturing solutions inspired by various industries, aiming to push boundaries in ease, speed, agility, and sustainability.

Your Story

• Deep passion for process and product development along with a keen interest in robotics.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully completing projects that involve building machines, automating processes, or other impressive engineering feats.
• Advanced knowledge in applied mechanical engineering, including CAD and automation (PLC programming), or related fields.
• Solid understanding of polymers and their processing techniques, with extrusion knowledge considered a plus.
• Experience with industrial multi-axis robots.
• Innovative mindset with a strong drive to push the boundaries of product and process engineering.
• Over 3 years of experience as an engineer in the tech industry.
• Proven ability to manage external development stakeholders in the development and scale-up of new manufacturing technologies, with flexibility and willingness to travel when required.
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines on multiple projects, demonstrating both innovative thinking and engineering problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at adapting your communication style to engage effectively with engineers, designers, product experts, and cross-functional partners.
