Key Responsibilities
- Collect, evaluate, and summarize monitoring data using MODA, LIMS, and digital analysis tools.
- Document GMP-relevant activities and lead investigations of alert or action level excursions.
- Drive root-cause investigations and align corrective actions with key stakeholders.
- Create, review, and approve DMS documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Enhance monitoring processes to improve data quality, efficiency, and robustness.
- Implement monitoring updates and manage MODA-related changes under change control.
- Represent the team during inspections, audits, and customer visits with confidence.
Desired Qualifications
- A degree in life sciences or a related scientific field.
- Approximately two years of relevant experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Experience in environmental monitoring and/or microbiology is a plus.
- Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, pharmacopoeias, and EU Annex 1 is advantageous but not essential.
- Confident communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, detail-oriented, solution-focused approach.
