Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support laundry innovation projects in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive the deployment of innovation projects, including preparation and delivery of client briefings.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for launched products across regional and global client portfolios.
- Manage and coordinate laboratory technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of laboratory activities.
- Support intellectual property (IP)–related processes and activities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Science & Research, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Development.
- Engage in hands-on technical collaboration directly with clients to support product development and implementation.

Qualifications
- A university degree in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or a related field, complemented by substantial professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry, particularly in GC-MS and LC-MS/LC-MS-MS techniques, and/or expertise in formulation development and characterization (e.g., rheology).
- In-depth understanding of surfactant-based formulations, ideally with experience in laundry product development.
- Experience with data management tools or methodologies is an advantage.
- A collaborative mindset combined with creativity, autonomy, openness, initiative, and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is an asset.
