Senior SAP gATP/AATP Functional Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to take charge of a significant migration initiative involving SAP S/4HANA. This role involves deep engagement with both functional design and architectural vision, specifically within the realms of order fulfillment and supply chain planning.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Migration Strategy: Drive the transition from legacy SAP APO-gATP to SAP S/4HANA AATP, establishing the target functional architecture and implementation roadmap.
• Solution Architecture: Serve as the functional lead, focusing on creating a robust and scalable architectural vision for order fulfillment processes.
• Custom Development Guidance: Utilize your technical acumen to translate intricate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Collaborate closely with development teams on custom enhancements when standard solutions fall short.

Required Expertise

• gATP / AATP Expertise: Demonstrated and extensive functional and architectural experience with SAP gATP (APO), coupled with a robust focus on S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP).
• Process Knowledge: Profound understanding of Sales & Distribution (SD) processes and logistics integrations.
• Planning Background: Solid foundation in Supply Chain Planning principles such as demand and supply planning and capacity constraints.
• Niche Knowledge Areas: Proven experience in configurations involving Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC), Product Allocation & Rationing, and Advanced Scheduling and Intercompany scenarios.
• Technical/Development Acumen: A strong development background is required to effectively design solutions, evaluate code, and guide ABAP/extensibility initiatives.
