Our production process is centered on high-performance injection molding machines and focuses on ensuring both quality and product safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our quality and product safety management systems, encompassing planning, organization, conduct, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal and external audits, addressing findings, and ensuring compliance.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customer inquiries and communication regarding quality topics related to spout producers.
• Support the maintenance of GFSI recognized standards across spout manufacturing locations.
• Collaborate with the EHS representative to develop policies and procedures that improve management systems.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Academic background in Food Science, Food Technology, or Chemistry.
• Certified Quality Lead Auditor (ISO and/or BRC) with substantial experience in the food or food packaging industry.
• Knowledge in food safety compliance, especially regarding plastics, paper, cardboard, or consumer goods paints.
• Proficiency in analytical methods and quality systems.
• Experience in implementing prerequisite programs such as GHP, GMP, and GSP.
• Ability to conduct risk analysis and management (HACCP, VACCP, TACCP).
• Strong understanding of international food safety standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent English communication skills, with basic German proficiency as a plus.
