Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex digitalization projects in Manufacturing and Supply Chain from concept through go-live and stabilization.
• Take a pivotal role in the SAP EWM project, collaborating closely with a dedicated Technical Solution Lead.
• Oversee project scope, timeline, budget, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate alignment among business stakeholders, operations, IT teams, external partners, and technical experts.
• Drive business process implementation and user adoption for sustainable impact.
• Manage Cutover, Migration, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities as necessary.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable digital solutions, delivering measurable benefits.
• Contribute to strategic digitalization initiatives that align with Accelleron's Manufacturing and Supply Chain development goals.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex projects in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; demonstrated success in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain processes; experience in intralogistics or warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP-enabled transformation initiatives; exposure to SAP EWM or warehouse management solutions is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to connect business needs with operational processes and digital solutions.
• Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset with a strong execution focus.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across business and IT contexts.
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
