Your Role

We are looking for an experienced project leader with a strong background in developing and optimizing manufacturing and logistics sites. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic cross-functional environment where strategic planning, operational excellence, and project execution are paramount. You will have the opportunity to influence the future of our manufacturing footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic site development projects across manufacturing and logistics.
• Manage complex cross-functional projects involving operations, logistics, engineering, and infrastructure.
• Drive projects end-to-end, from strategic concept through hands-on execution.
• Lead high-priority operational improvement and site-related initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support investment decisions through scenario evaluations, business cases, and strategic assessments.
• Lead unplanned or high-impact special projects requiring senior project management expertise.
• Act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders, ensuring close collaboration between production, logistics, engineering, supply chain, and site management.

Your Background

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects from concept through execution within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in site development projects within manufacturing and logistics environments.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• High level of initiative, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset combined with strong teamwork capabilities.
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
