Lead AI Transformation Initiatives in a Complex Enterprise Environment

Join a key partner team to drive an AI transformation project with a 6-month initial contract and long-term scope. This role requires immediate availability and involves working on-site in Frankfurt, Germany, two days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation workstreams from mobilisation through to delivery, adoption, and handover.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation within large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
• Focus on AI-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring effective project controls, risk management, delivery oversight, and successful implementation of enterprise technologies within a complex SAP environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience in complex transformation environments.
• Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, data & analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits tracking.
• Experience translating strategic business objectives into executable delivery plans.
• Senior stakeholder management, executive reporting, and facilitation experience.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with S4/HANA.
• Experience with Enterprise AI transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharma / Life Sciences experience.
• Experience working within regulated industries.
