Your Contribution and Impact

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead Scientific Discovery: Drive independent programs to uncover novel plant species for PhytoComplex development. Establish innovative analytical methodologies and design sophisticated laboratory experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of plant-derived solutions.
• Collaboration & Translation: Work alongside experts in various disciplines to convert your scientific findings into market-ready applications. Lead documentation efforts that support patent applications and publications.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance on botany subjects, fostering a collaborative atmosphere for team members and ensuring seamless integration across departments.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who bring the following:

• PhD in Botany, Phytochemistry, Ethnobotany, or a related field, with exceptional Master's candidates considered.
• Proven research excellence and publications in peer-reviewed journals, along with laboratory leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in plant biology, pharmacology, natural product chemistry, and advanced analytical techniques.
• A strong passion for transforming fundamental scientific research into impactful, real-world applications.
• Experience in fieldwork and plant specimen collection.
