Your Mission
- Contract Management: Oversee the full contract lifecycle, optimizing workflows and ensuring effective use of CLM and e-signature tools.
- Legal Technology & Automation: Take ownership of legal tech tools, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and streamline workflows.
- Administrative Operations: Manage the team’s shared inbox, calendar, and physical mail, supporting budgeting and invoicing processes.
- Legal Support: Collaborate closely with legal counsels on corporate, commercial, compliance, and dispute-related matters.
- Knowledge Management: Drive the development and maintenance of internal knowledge resources and databases.
- Documentation & Research: Draft and revise standard agreements and compile research reports on various legal topics.
- Project Coordination: Assist with major legal and cross-functional initiatives, tracking deliverables and ensuring timely execution.
Your Story
- Education & Experience: Hold an apprenticeship in the commercial sector or a university degree, accompanied by 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal team assistant.
- Legal Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of legal terminology and corporate legal practices.
- Organization & Prioritization: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in MS 365 applications with a passion for legal tech and digital tools.
- Work Ethic: Work autonomously and reliably, taking ownership of tasks with precision.
- Analytical Skills: Maintain strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate clearly, working effectively in diverse, international teams; fluency in English is essential.
