We are seeking a proactive designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces practical challenges throughout the entire product lifecycle. Join us in Baden, Switzerland, where you will contribute to the design of cutting-edge, robust turbochargers for demanding engine applications aimed at reducing emissions and enhancing energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design (2D/3D) and product documentation for technologically advanced and robust turbocharger products.
• Participate in product development and change management processes with design tasks spanning the entire product lifecycle.
• Take ownership of specific tasks and project activities in design.
• Collaborate closely with product groups along the entire value chain within international and cross-cultural teams (including project management, core development, procurement, manufacturing, and service).
• Support initial sampling and quality approvals with our Asian partners.
• Engage in quality assurance processes, including addressing deviations.

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design or a comparable qualification (MSc, BSc, Technician).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering or design, ideally with rotating machinery, turbomachinery, or engine components.
• Proficient with 3D CAD tools (preferably Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE).
• Experience with modern ERP systems (ideally SAP).
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a sense of responsibility.
• Team-oriented, open-minded, and an excellent communicator.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
