Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the development and execution of a sustainable growth strategy within the Intracardiac Echo (ICE) portfolio for the EMEA region, emphasizing electrophysiology and structural heart applications. This pivotal role will take the lead on imaging strategy, product launches, and critical processes related to business planning, marketing, and portfolio management in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement strategic marketing plans for our ultrasound product portfolio aimed at enhancing ICE penetration and revenue growth in EMEA.
- Develop procedural and clinical adoption playbooks, addressing local adoption barriers and optimizing workflows within cath labs.
- Coordinate regional product launch efforts, including market segmentation, pricing strategies, reimbursement positioning, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with local markets to ensure business continuity, demand planning, and communicate progress to senior management.
- Shape evidence generation and clinical claims strategies in partnership with Clinical/Medical Affairs to define study needs and derive value messages for payers and providers.
- Provide ongoing market and competitor intelligence to support positioning and lifecycle decisions while scanning for disruptive technologies across the region.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver commercial initiatives and programs on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field required; MBA or advanced clinical degree preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in medical device or imaging product management, with a focus on electrophysiology, structural heart, or intracardiac imaging.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular procedures and imaging guided interventions.
- Experience translating clinical insights into product requirements and commercialization strategies.
- Proven success in influencing senior stakeholders in matrix organizations.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to conduct regional forecasts and articulate business value to customers.
- Experience with evidence generation, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), or clinical study design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA and globally, up to 30% of the time, including major congresses and key customer engagements.
