Join a dynamic Actuarial team that delivers comprehensive actuarial support across various sectors including life, non-life, health insurance, reinsurance, and pension funds. Collaborate with Audit & Assurance and other service lines such as Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation on significant projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for pension-related inquiries for Deloitte Switzerland.
• Lead diverse client projects, including M&A transactions, pension fund audits, and valuations.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from proposal to invoicing.
• Engage in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and fostering internal and external client relationships.
• Participate in and spearhead thought leadership initiatives.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, training, performance reviews, and promotions.

Desired Qualifications

• A University degree (ETH or equivalent) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Qualification as an actuary (“Actuary SAA” or equivalent).
• Experience in an actuarial role within either the Insurance industry or Consulting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute to team efforts.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
• Proven track record in business development.
