Your Impact

Join a team dedicated to aiding clients in navigating global challenges, particularly within the realm of pensions. You will take on a pivotal role, providing actuarial support across various sectors, including life, non-life, and health insurance, as well as reinsurance and pension funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for pension-related topics in Switzerland.
• Lead diverse client projects, including M&A transactions, pension fund audits, and valuations.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, encompassing proposals, contracting, delivery, and invoicing.
• Engage in business development by identifying opportunities for new business with internal and external clients.
• Contribute to and lead thought leadership initiatives.
• Participate in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and training to performance reviews and promotions.

Candidate Profile

• A university degree in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Qualification as an "Actuary SAA" or equivalent.
• Experience in an actuarial role within the insurance industry or consulting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with a genuine eagerness to learn and collaborate.
• Proficient in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Demonstrated experience in business development.
