Your Role and Responsibilities

As a key contributor to our AI & Data team, you will play a vital role in guiding senior client stakeholders towards right architectural decisions while leading the design and implementation of innovative enterprise-wide solutions.

• Lead Enterprise Data Architecture Design: Assist clients in modernizing complex system landscapes by working alongside senior stakeholders to design enterprise-level architecture and enforce practical architecture standards.
• Lead Cloud Data Platform Design & Implementation: Develop scalable Cloud data platforms tailored to business needs, covering data modeling, integration, transformation pipelines, and application of AI technologies.
• Architect Integrated Solutions: Design and implement integrations necessary for business processes and data product delivery, establishing connections between various platforms.
• Market Positioning and Opportunities: Enhance our visibility in the market through engagement in events, conferences, and discussions with key clients and partners.
• Internal Knowledge Development: Mentor junior team members and define strategic focus for skill enhancement within the local and offshore teams.

Candidate Profile

The following experience and qualities are sought:

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years in data architecture, with proven leadership in designing and implementing complex cloud ecosystems. Familiarity with major cloud platforms and coding best practices is essential.
• Drive and Motivation: Individuals eager to advance their careers toward senior roles, with a continuous interest in technological trends.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong presence in client interactions, capable of establishing relationships and effectively communicating complex concepts.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data modeling, design of data solutions across cloud platforms, and familiarity with best practices in integrating data from various sources.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred.
