Overview

As a part of the Audit & Assurance team in Zurich, you will collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative technology audits and assurance solutions. Your role will require you to thrive in multidisciplinary settings, assisting clients in addressing their most complex technology challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and reporting, alongside internal control advisory services for IPOs (US markets and SIX), public listings, spin-offs, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out financial statements.
• Oversee financial statement conversions to and from US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy of the Assurance business, mentoring teams and leveraging market networks to achieve strategic objectives.
• Provide coaching to Swiss-based teams on technical US and international accounting and reporting issues.
• Enhance client relationships and create additional engagement opportunities through high-quality service delivery and strategic execution.

Desired Profile

• A motivated, self-starting team player with a proactive attitude, able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience, including advisory work and at least 4 years in external audit.
• Possession of a US CPA license (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of either US GAAP or IFRS, with knowledge of both being advantageous, alongside familiarity with SEC reporting requirements.
• PCAOB audit experience is recognized as beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as French or German would be advantageous.
