Position Overview
Located at our headquarters in Rheinfelden, this role involves engaging with the complexities of commercial operations within the Chemistry, Pharma, and Biotechnology sectors. A key contributor, you will offer legal counsel to various divisions and support the overall commercial framework of the Tillotts Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance to Commercial Operations, including Market Access, Business Management, Marketing, and International Alliance Management.
- Deliver legal support on all commercial matters related to Tillotts Group operations.
- Draft and negotiate marketing and distribution agreements for product commercialization in regions without an owned subsidiary.
- Assist affiliates in liaising with third parties, including authorities, payers, associations, and partners.
- Handle all legal aspects of product sales by subsidiaries, including negotiations with wholesalers, hospitals, and customers.
- Manage disputes and litigation associated with commercial matters.
- Support managing directors in decision-making through clear and robust risk assessments.
- Represent the Legal team in the Project Steering Committee overseeing commercial projects.
- Provide assistance to the General Counsel and team members on diverse legal matters.
Qualifications
- Master of Law and admission to the Swiss or a European bar.
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial legal support within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
