We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to guide the global expansion of our manufacturing operations. Your objective will be to redefine high-performance sportswear production by enhancing speed, quality, and sustainability, all while bringing manufacturing closer to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of new factory builds, overseeing each project from site selection and design to high-volume production.
- Drive the strategic initiative for establishing advanced manufacturing hubs that utilize Lightspray™ technology in key global markets.
- Translate engineering blueprints and business goals into technical specifications for new facilities.
- Manage key project variables—timelines, budgets, and resource plans—to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, aligning Engineering, Supply Chain, and local partners on technical and infrastructure requirements.
- Act as the technical leader during construction and commissioning, proactively addressing engineering and logistical challenges.
- Build strategic partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure aligned business objectives and timely delivery of production capabilities.
- Uphold our legacy of excellence by ensuring compliance with standards for quality, sustainability, and operational performance at every new facility.
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field, with a degree in Business Administration being a valuable addition.
- A distinguished track record in a senior engineering or manufacturing role, with substantial experience in turning new manufacturing sites from concept to reality.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, as demonstrated by successful completion of large-scale international capital projects; PMP certification is a plus.
- A continual improvement mindset with a solid understanding of Lean methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Kaizen, to foster efficiency and operational excellence.
- Expert-level problem-solving skills, coupled with a hands-on approach to navigate and overcome obstacles effectively.
- A visionary strategist, able to balance long-term aspirations with the immediate demands of complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and aligning teams across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Experience with technologies that shape our manufacturing future, such as automation, robotics, and plastics manufacturing.
- Fluency in English, our global language of collaboration.
- A passion for international work with readiness to travel extensively to our project sites around the world.
