What You Will Contribute
As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will become an expert in employment law, collaborating closely with professionals from various disciplines within Deloitte. Your role will include:
- Driving the growth and development of our employment law practice.
- Advising clients on employment law matters, including incentive plans.
- Supporting domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and restructurings with a focus on employment law and post-deal integration.
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts and conducting legal research.
- Advising on strategic HR matters.
- Engaging in structured development programs for career growth and long-term opportunities.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A master's degree in Swiss law and admission to the bar in Switzerland (Attorney-at-law).
- 2-4 years of relevant post-bar exam experience in employment law, preferably in a law firm or legal department of an international company.
- A collaborative mindset, enjoying close partnerships with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work, committed to building client relationships.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
