Impact Opportunities

As a team member, you will:

  • Serve as an expert in employment law, collaborating closely with specialists from various disciplines within Deloitte, including Global Employer Services (GES) and HR Consulting.
  • Drive the growth and development of our employment law practice.
  • Advise clients on diverse employment law matters, including incentive plans.
  • Support domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and restructurings, focusing on employment law and post-deal integration.
  • Draft and negotiate employment contracts, conduct legal research, and provide advice on strategic HR matters.
  • Engage in structured development programs aimed at career growth and long-term opportunities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A master’s degree in Swiss law and admission to the bar in Switzerland (Attorney-at-law).
  • 2-4 years of relevant post-bar exam experience in employment law, preferably within a law firm or the legal department of an international company.
  • A collaborative nature, enjoying teamwork with clients and colleagues from different service lines.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work, with motivation to build client relationships and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proficient communication skills in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
