Your Contribution
In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing our product development by:
- Developing, designing, and enhancing state-of-the-art Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for our products, including schematics, layout, and commissioning.
- Creating and implementing advanced test equipment and procedures to guarantee the highest quality and reliability of our products.
- Providing technical expertise throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
- Troubleshooting complex electrical systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Ensuring compliance of electrical designs with aviation regulations (such as EASA/FAA, DO-160, DO-254) and relevant electrical engineering standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, IEEE).
- Collaborating with hardware and software teams to integrate electrical systems and optimize overall drone performance.
- Staying current with industry trends and advancements, continuously exploring new technologies to drive innovation.
Your Background
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in designing, developing, and testing PCBs for drones or similar applications.
- Proficiency in ECAD software and tools for PCB design (such as Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCAD).
- Programming skills in languages like C/C++. This would be a tremendous asset.
- An understanding of aviation regulations and relevant electrical norms and standards (a bonus).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
