Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Director for Chipita will be instrumental in steering the End-to-End Chipita business, which generates approximately $900 million in net revenue, alongside the Global 7Days Brand. The primary objective is to advance towards an ambitious global vision of achieving $1.5 billion in net revenue by 2030. This pivotal role encompasses comprehensive responsibilities including business management, P&L oversight, brand strategy, and organizational leadership. You will head a diverse team comprising four direct reports and will be responsible for crafting and aligning both short-term and long-term strategies to optimize efficiency.
In addition, you will champion the Global 7Days Brand Equity, overseeing portfolio innovation, communication strategies, and activation efforts. Close collaboration with a wide network of senior stakeholders will be essential, including local Commercial Unit Managing Directors and Marketing Directors, regional leaders in Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, and Insights & Analytics, as well as global executives such as the CMO and Category VP. Your leadership will be fundamental in enhancing the long-term business model while identifying new growth avenues and untapped opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop overall strategy, long-term vision, and new growth vectors
- Drive commercial acceleration, activation, and business delivery
- Establish global 7Days brand strategy and equity
- Oversee portfolio management, renovation, and core innovation
- Manage P&L consolidation and perform management reviews
- Execute the Chipita Back-to-Business case roadmap
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Chipita
Qualifications
- Extensive and proven experience in high-level End-to-End marketing, including brand management, commercial strategy, innovation, and digital initiatives
- Global and/or regional leadership experience, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is advantageous
- Demonstrated P&L responsibility
- Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
