Your Mission
- Architect Creative Strategy & Vision:
- Define the long-term creative architecture for the apparel function, ensuring a cohesive global identity.
- Translate product creative direction into engaging brand platforms resonating with diverse communities.
- Lead impactful campaigns and collaborations with globally relevant talent and designers.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the success of creative initiatives.
- Lead Organizational & Creative Excellence:
- Inspire and lead multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering ambition and clarity.
- Define global operating models, outlining roles and decision-making rights between teams.
- Act as the key liaison between the creative function and Executive Leadership, sharing strategy and performance insights.
- Mentor the team to enhance strategic thinking and execution quality.
- Drive Enterprise Impact:
- Simplify and prioritize brand initiatives to focus on the highest-value growth opportunities.
- Ensure creative synergies across all product categories and regions.
- Champion creative excellence across all consumer touchpoints, from visuals to retail experiences.
Your Story
- Executive Leadership: Over 15 years of progressive experience in brand management and creative direction in premium sportswear or luxury industries.
- Managerial Depth: At least 8 years of experience managing Director-level leaders and complex portfolios.
- Strategic Architect: Proven ability to construct 5-year strategic plans while aligning executive and regional leadership.
- Creative Intuition: A deep understanding of design and culture, exploring aesthetics and meaning beyond conventional categories.
- Operational Gravitas: Capable of navigating ambiguity while balancing creative vision with practical frameworks for execution.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional presence and comfort in presenting vision and performance to both internal and external audiences.
