Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the innovation pipeline, ensuring efficient project management of all initiatives following stage-gate principles.
• Collaborate with internal laboratories and external partners to lead research and scientific development while working closely with Marketing to craft consumer-relevant messages.
• Shape innovative strategies in partnership with the Marketing Segment Lead, co-designing growth plans and capturing regional needs to identify value creation opportunities.
• Engage externally with customers and research partners, providing robust technical and scientific support to facilitate business development.
• Lead and nurture a team of scientists and innovation managers, promoting cross-functional collaboration to enhance project delivery and innovation pipeline.

Candidate Profile

• A strong sense of accountability, demonstrating a hands-on, solution-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative and focus on key priorities.
• An instinct for innovation, consistently seeking smarter and more sustainable impact solutions.
• Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a relevant health and nutrition role.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen, supported by a PhD in Science, capable of translating customer and regional needs into actionable scientific projects.
• A deep understanding of the Dietary Supplements market, aware of trends and knowledgeable in creating a compelling scientifically-driven competitive edge.
