Senior Director – Delivery

Role Overview

Indegene is looking for a Senior Director to lead large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud, CRM, and Technology transformation programs within the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector in Europe. This position is a blend of strategic consulting, program leadership, and account growth, focusing on enterprise data platforms, AI/ML, CRM modernization, omnichannel analytics, Customer Engagement Platforms, and cloud transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Growth

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in Commercial, Medical, Digital, IT, Data, and AI.
• Own account growth strategy across Data, Analytics, AI, CRM, and Technology.
• Drive value-led proposals, multi-year transformation roadmaps, and solution architecture.
• Expand CRM footprint including platforms such as Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities across various Indegene towers.

Program Delivery & Execution

• Lead the delivery of enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure.
• Oversee the modernization of CRM systems: Veeva, Salesforce, and omnichannel journeys.
• Manage Master Data Management (MDM), Customer360, consent & preference management, and data governance.
• Deliver AI and GenAI solutions including copilots, LLM-based workflows, and ML models.
• Govern large global delivery teams located across the EU, India, and the US.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, GxP, Annex 11, and Life Sciences data regulations.

Practice Development & People Leadership

• Develop talent across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, CRM, and cloud architecture.
• Build reusable assets, frameworks, accelerators, and industry differentiators.
• Strengthen partnerships with key platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Microsoft.
• Represent Indegene at conferences and client advisory boards.

Qualifications

Experience

• 15+ years in Data, Analytics, AI, CRM, Technology, or Digital roles within Life Sciences.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering enterprise-scale data and CRM programs.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Data Cloud, MDM, and omnichannel strategies.
• Strong consulting background with experience among European pharma and biotech clients.

Skills

• Executive communication and engagement with senior leadership (CxO).
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, AI/ML engineering, modern data architectures, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to lead large global teams and manage complex delivery governance.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L and forecasting expertise.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
