Support Clients in Navigating Global Challenges

As part of the Deal Transformation practice, you will engage with corporate and private equity clients to understand the technology dimensions of their most significant transactions. In an era where technology is a core value driver in M&A, your role will be pivotal in assessing technology opportunities, identifying risks, and ensuring informed decision-making that promotes long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Due Diligence: Evaluate technology landscapes, applications, infrastructure, cloud solutions, data management, cybersecurity, operating models, and technology expenditures to surface transaction risks and opportunities.
• Technology Integrations and Carve-Outs: Assist in planning technology separation and integration, ensuring Day 1 readiness and effective target-state design.
• Technology Strategy and Value Creation: Analyze technology strategy, AI implications, operating model enhancements, and value propositions through the transaction lifecycle.
• Technology Cost and Synergy Analysis: Support assessments of technology costs, synergy evaluations, and investment plans while collaborating with financial and commercial deal teams.
• Client Delivery: Distill complex technology insights into actionable analyses and executive-ready recommendations in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Desired Profile

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in technology, M&A, and value creation.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, capable of simplifying complex technical topics.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in M&A, technology strategy, technology transformation, or transaction advisory.
• Proficient in project and stakeholder management, complemented by strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive communication. Fluency in English, with proficiency in German and/or French being advantageous.
