Senior Consultant/ Manager - IT Operating Model

Location and Work Pattern

Located in Zurich, with a work pattern percentage of 80-100%. The anticipated target start date is September 1, 2025, with some flexibility available for negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate business strategies into effective IT operating models.
• Support major Swiss and international organizations in strengthening their IT functions and embracing agile practices.
• Drive impactful initiatives on large-scale IT transformation programmes, enhancing the interaction between IT and business operations.
• Evaluate client IT service requirements and develop customized technology target operating models to facilitate business access to IT services.

Candidate Profile

• Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively in both spoken and written forms.
• Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated project management capabilities and experience in IT process management, business partnering, or organizational development.
• Educational background in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, complemented by a track record in managing engagements or segments of larger projects. ITIL or Agile certifications are advantageous.
• Bring over three years of professional experience working with technology operating models and facilitating IT transformation in consulting or corporate settings.
• Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel mainly within Switzerland; additional proficiency in French is desirable.
