Your Role

As a key member of our Technology Strategy & Transformation team, you will:

• Collaborate with technology executives to translate strategic goals into effective IT operating models.
• Support clients from major Swiss and international organizations in enhancing their IT functions and adopting agile practices.
• Influence large-scale IT transformation programs and optimize the interaction between IT and business operations.
• Assess client IT service requirements, create customized technology operating models, and facilitate access to IT services for business needs.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate and present findings effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management skills, and experience in IT process management or organizational development.
• A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, coupled with a proven track record in managing engagements.
• Professional experience (3+ years) in technology operating models and IT transformation within a consulting or corporate context.
• Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel primarily within Switzerland. Additional French language skills are a plus.
