Senior Consultant/ Manager - IT Operating Model

Position Highlights

As a consultant, you will collaborate with international clients to incorporate state-of-the-art technology into their business operations. Your mission will be to help organizations craft strategies and implement systems to enhance business value and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with key technology executives to implement effective IT operating models based on strategic objectives.
• Support major Swiss and international organizations in strengthening their IT functions and embracing agile methodologies.
• Contribute to large-scale IT transformation programs and influence the interaction between IT and business operations.
• Evaluate IT service needs and develop customized technology target operating models for client access.

Candidate Profile

• Possess strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and project management, with prior experience in IT process management or organizational development.
• Hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a proven track record of managing engagements and IT transformation.
• Have 3+ years of professional experience with technology operating models in a consulting or corporate setting.
• Communicate fluently in English and German, with an eagerness to travel primarily within Switzerland; additional French language skills are a plus.
