Impactful Contributions

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in:

• Advising and implementing innovative cloud technology solutions across diverse client portfolios.
• Transforming HR functions through digitalization, harnessing technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR.
• Applying expert knowledge in cloud solutions to independently execute deliverables.
• Aligning HR and technological drivers with business needs to develop action plans that address client challenges effectively.
• Conducting quality assurance and providing strategic advice on HR IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Specializing in and obtaining certifications for leading HR technology tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience in shaping digital HR strategies and implementing HR cloud technologies.
• Relevant certifications in HR cloud technologies, such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Working experience in HR processes, preferably within a consulting environment.
• A university degree in HR, Business, or IT, with a track record of academic excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building durable relationships with clients and team members.
• Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English and German, with French as an additional benefit.
