• Advise on and implement cloud technology solutions for clients across various industries.
• Transform HR functions with digital solutions, leveraging cloud technologies like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR.
• Apply your expert knowledge to deliver high-quality outputs independently.
• Align HR and business drivers to craft tailored action plans to address client challenges.
• Provide insights on HR IT strategies and roadmaps, enhancing their design and effectiveness.
• Specialize and obtain certifications in leading HR technology tools.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals with the following qualifications:

• Experience in developing digital HR strategies and implementing HR cloud technologies.
• Certification in relevant HR cloud technologies.
• Relevant experience in Workday or HR processes, preferably at a consultancy firm.
• A degree in HR, Business, or IT with a strong academic record.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and team members, fostering long-term connections.
• Exposure to M&A projects is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
