Key Responsibilities

• Advise and implement cloud technology solutions for a diverse clientele across various industries.
• Facilitate the transformation of HR functions through digitalization using leading technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR.
• Utilize expertise in cloud solutions to independently execute deliverables effectively.
• Align HR functional and technological drivers with business objectives to develop tailored action plans, using proven methodologies.
• Perform quality assurance and offer guidance on HR IT strategies, their design, and enhancement.
• Specialize and obtain certifications in leading HR technology tools.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in shaping digital HR strategies and implementing HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• Certification in one or more HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• Relevant work experience in Workday or HR processes, preferably within a consultancy setting.
• A relevant university degree in HR, Business, or IT with commendable academic performance.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in M&A projects or environments considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German; knowledge of French is an asset.
