Your Impact

• Engage with senior client staff on demanding projects, both domestically and cross-border.
• Develop financial models including valuation and merger models.
• Prepare information memoranda and management presentations while managing day-to-day client communication.
• Enhance your deal execution experience through project management and financial analysis.
• Participate in key transactions in the Swiss marketplace, providing advisory services to a discerning clientele.
• Work within a global network of M&A specialists in a diverse and dynamic environment.
• Grow your professional network while working autonomously under the supervision of an engagement manager or director.

Who We Are Looking For

• Open, curious individuals with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant international academic or work experience in fast-paced, challenging environments.
• 2-4 years of prior work experience in M&A transactions, preferably gained at an investment bank, consultancy, or another Big4 firm.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
