Your Impact
- Integration and Separation Projects: Utilize innovative approaches and tailored methodologies to manage intricate M&A scenarios.
- M&A Value Creation: Conduct operational and financial analyses to evaluate merger synergies, navigate carve-out complexities, and improve performance for buyouts and divestments.
- Exceptional Client Service: Build and nurture robust client relationships while ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong adherence to methodologies.
- Project Management: Define and execute project scopes efficiently, managing client expectations and timelines effectively.
- Team Development: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Analytical and AI Solutions: Deliver strategic insights and deploy advanced analytical and AI methodologies.
We Are Looking For
- A demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude, with the capability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on strategic decision-making, with an ability to simplify complex concepts and create compelling narratives.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university with exceptional academic performance.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant M&A experience in consulting or industry roles, particularly in Swiss industries such as financial services, life sciences, consumer, or industrials.
- Proficiency in project and stakeholder management, with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive storytelling.
- An interest in AI technologies and a desire to incorporate AI solutions into our services.
- Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal skills; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
