How You Can Make an Impact

• Utilise your profound banking and technology expertise to support our banking clients in solving their most pressing challenges in strategy definition, transformation design, and implementation of technology.
• Enhance banking operations through your knowledge of IT banking architecture, IT program management, or Banking Platforms.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, including provider and infrastructure strategies, to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with our banking solutions team to re-engineer clients’ IT landscapes around the growing role of artificial intelligence and design, implement, and deploy technological solutions within the banking sector.
• Work alongside experienced and motivated practitioners who are committed to sharing their knowledge and supporting your career development.

Who We Are Looking For

• A university degree in computer science, information technology, finance, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in consulting or the financial services sector, focusing on IT architecture, technology transformation, or core banking systems.
• Expertise in digitalisation in banking, process improvements, and IT strategy development.
• Ability to work independently, owning deliverables, identifying potential risks, and conceptualising plans to address them.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical solutions and recommendations to clients.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and potentially abroad.
• An energetic team player with a positive "can-do" attitude and strong interpersonal skills, passionate about delivering outstanding work for clients and contributing to the growth of the organisation.
