Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and team members to ensure comprehensive requirements for the Switzerland Client Journey within Wealth Management.
• Support the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on requirement creation and validation.
• Utilize extensive experience with Salesforce CRM and its modules (including accounts, opportunities, and client propositions) and relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Leverage demonstrated experience with Avaloq as a core banking system and possess knowledge of SQL for system configurations and database access.
• Manage and interact with senior stakeholders both onshore and offshore, including control functions and development teams.
• Promote the Client Journey agenda centered around the Salesforce CRM platform for Switzerland.
• Evaluate technological platforms and infrastructures to ensure alignment with product strategy and maximum value delivery.
• Enhance efficiency and foster professional relationships through expertise in CRM functionalities across various seniority levels and regions.
• Proactively identify and implement system updates, including Salesforce releases, to improve user experience.
• Lead product release planning and execution, managing risks, impediments, and supporting user acceptance testing and training as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational background: University degree in IT or Business.
• Experience in project management, digital transformation, and Salesforce business analysis.
• Skills: Strong creative thinking, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in conceptual modeling.
• Documentation expertise in writing business requirements and reviewing technical designs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Professional attributes: Independence, proactivity, flexibility, and a strong team-oriented approach.
• Motivation: High personal drive and a willingness to excel.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations effectively.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
