Key Details

• Contract Duration: 12 months with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid model - 3 days on-site in Mexico City, 2 days remote
• Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Language Requirement: Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Role Overview

This position involves providing Level 2 application support for B2B services, with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies and modern application stacks. Ideal candidates will have experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes, with additional expertise in MongoDB and Kafka.

Future Opportunities

The role includes the potential for advancement to a Level 3 position, such as Site Reliability Engineer, allowing for further professional development within the organization.

Required Experience

• Proven background in L2 Application Support
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is highly preferred
• Understanding of Kafka and experience with monitoring and alerting solutions
• Familiarity with tools such as Elastic, Splunk, Dynatrace, or New Relic is valuable
