Senior Accountant temporary for six months with option of prolongation

Main Responsibilities

The role involves a range of critical tasks dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of the financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Posting AR documents and providing necessary information to customers in collaboration with back-office teams
• Processing AP selling expenses invoices
• Managing accruals for selling expenses
• Overseeing EU VAT management, specifically for Italy, Slovenia, and Romania
• Participating in month-end closing activities
• Maintaining accurate accounting records and handling day-to-day transactions
• Providing backup support for the team as needed

Qualifications

• Reliability and accuracy in work
• A strong background in financial and accounting practices
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Language proficiency in English and German (Russian is a plus)
