Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate scientific and organizational aspects of the SNSF-funded MULTICAST consortium.
- Plan, organize, and oversee project activities in collaboration with project leadership and national and international consortium partners.
- Organize meetings, workshops, scientific conferences, and other academic events.
- Support dissemination activities, public engagement initiatives, and science communication efforts.
- Assist with preparing reports for funding agencies and coordinating administrative and organizational processes.
- Contribute to the development of follow-up projects and the preparation of competitive national and international grant applications.
- Depending on your profile, engage in additional strategic and scientific coordination activities within Professor Birgit Kleim's research group.
Your Profile
- A Master's degree (or equivalent), preferably in psychology or a related discipline.
- Excellent organizational skills and a passion for managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- A structured, proactive, and self-directed working style.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in an interdisciplinary and international research environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Previous experience in academic research, project management, or in coordinating larger research projects is an advantage.
