SAP TM Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to a transformative project involving SAP S/4HANA. This role will focus on enhancing transportation management processes within a global context, collaborating with various business units to ensure effective deployment and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and refine global and country-specific Transportation Management requirements in partnership with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of Transportation Management process flows within end-to-end business scenarios, assisting in PQ script preparation.
• Create, update, and oversee the execution of PQ scripts and testing activities.
• Facilitate business workshops and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize transportation planning and execution processes.
• Provide support during deployments, cutover activities, user training, and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP with deep expertise in SAP TM and S/4HANA Transportation Management.
• Demonstrated experience as an SAP TM Solution Architect on global implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects.
• In-depth understanding of Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement, Charge Calculation, Logistics Integration, and TM Master Data.
• Experience in integrating SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, and external logistics or carrier systems.
• Strong capabilities in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, testing, and deployment processes.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
