Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of initiatives centered on AI and digital excellence.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements and define priorities.
• Manage product backlogs and transform strategic objectives into actionable deliverables.
• Drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring robust solution adoption.
• Manage risks and dependencies effectively while guaranteeing that digital products yield measurable business outcomes.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in Agile product ownership and backlog management.
• Proficient in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum / SAFe) and the product development lifecycle.
• Experience in crafting epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proficient in process improvement and solution design methodologies.
• Delivery leadership and experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to plan roadmaps, prioritize effectively, and realize value.
• Experience in risk, dependency, and change management.
• A comprehensive understanding of AI concepts including Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
• Knowledge of enterprise search, knowledge management, and RAG concepts.
• Experience with digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
• Adept at thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, low-code, or digital platforms is a plus.
