Contribute to a Large-Scale International HR Transformation

Join a dedicated team supporting a significant international HR transformation programme. This opportunity focuses on executing end-to-end Employee Central data migration activities, ensuring successful delivery across multiple migration waves, and managing critical testing and cutover phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end data migration activities across the full ETL lifecycle, including Extraction, Transformation, and Loading.
• Extract employee and organisational data from source systems using SuccessFactors reporting and extraction tools.
• Perform data loads into Employee Central using standard import templates and mass upload processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and deployment migration cycles.
• Manage migration tracking activities, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams and migration leads to ensure data quality and successful delivery across multiple programme waves.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience.
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
• Proven SuccessFactors implementation experience.
• Solid background in EC data migration and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Infoporter and/or BIB Replication.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Engagement Details

• 12-month contract with potential for extension.
• Fully remote position based in Europe.
