Lead SAP Integration Strategy for Large-Scale Transformation
Join a key partner organization to drive a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This role focuses on defining and governing SAP integration strategies while managing cross-functional dependencies across a complex enterprise environment. The position requires a strategic approach to end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP and third-party enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern SAP integration strategies, managing cross-functional integration dependencies.
- Facilitate solution design workshops and coordinate business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
- Influence senior business and IT leadership through strong stakeholder management.
- Support testing, defect resolution, data migration, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with global teams, system integrators, and external vendors.
Required Experience and Skills
- 10 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Proven experience delivering large SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple SAP functional areas, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Logistics, and Master Data.
- Extensive experience defining and governing SAP integration strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
- Proven experience integrating SAP with third-party enterprise applications and platforms.
- Experience facilitating solution design workshops and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, data migration, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Experience working with global teams, system integrators, and external vendors.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Engagement Details
The initial engagement is for 6 months with scope for extension based on overall project requirements. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week on-site in the Frankfurt area. Candidates must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of offer.
