Opportunity Overview
Hitachi Energy is in search of an expert SAP Business Analyst capable of bridging business needs and technology through the effective implementation of end-to-end ERP solutions. This role requires the analysis of requirements, defining project scope, and translating intricate business processes into SAP module specifications. The selected candidate will also recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish governance and organizational frameworks to clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision-making aligned with global strategies.
- Provide strategic oversight for global programs, ensuring adherence to standardized processes and full integration of core systems.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, synthesizing feedback from stakeholders to align with business objectives.
- Manage business unit demand funnel toward SAP Center of Excellence in accordance with the business archetype.
- Lead process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives, eliminating deviations from templates and advocating best practices across regions.
- Monitor business process performance using key metrics, data analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Drive data governance and management to maintain accuracy, consistency, and security across hubs and systems.
- Assess training needs and deliver resources and sessions to improve team competencies and overall performance.
- Champion change management initiatives to promote global process adoption, minimize local customizations, and secure stakeholder support.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with system implementations and process changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and develop global teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth through coaching and performance management.
- Collaborate on budget and demand planning, sharing best practices and maintaining regular communication with business unit management.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations management, or related roles, with a proven history of leading cross-functional teams and managing global projects.
- Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate global teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing, sales, logistics, service processes, systems, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, proficient in conveying complex concepts and gaining buy-in at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data for performance monitoring, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
