Role Overview
This position is designed for a professional dedicated to leading and implementing sales and marketing strategies in the specialized field of Rare Neurological Diseases across Switzerland. The successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of patient needs, account dynamics, and market trends, leveraging this knowledge to enhance healthcare delivery and expedite patient access.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for Swiss Rare Neurological Diseases, translating insights into actionable account strategies and measurable business objectives.
- Drive sales and product promotion within designated accounts and their referral networks to meet broader performance targets.
- Create customer development strategies and dedicated Key Account Management action plans, executing and aligning on objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, including competitive intelligence on key accounts and competitors, taking a proactive role in fostering strategic partnerships with customers.
- Lead the formulation of marketing strategies and tactical plans, assessing potential and initiating key value-adding programs.
- Build effective collaborations among Medical, Supply, Quality, and other stakeholders throughout the end-to-end process, promoting a patient-centric culture.
Qualifications
- University degree in business or life sciences.
- Full professional proficiency in German and English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience as a Field Force, Key Account Manager, or Sales Representative within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally focused on Neurology or Rare Diseases.
- Preferred background in Marketing within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in campaign execution.
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss customer landscape, key dynamics, and current competitor strategies in the Therapeutic Area.
- Familiarity with the Swiss Healthcare System.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset.
