Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to enhance our team in Baden, Switzerland, focusing on developing and negotiating power plant projects on an international scale.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead sales projects from pre-acquisition through to execution, managing international engagements throughout the process.
• Collaborate with our tender and engineering teams to create customized solutions for large-scale gas turbine-based power projects.
• Act as a representative for our organization, ensuring smooth progress of sales projects in alignment with customer requirements and internal processes.

Your Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or business administration, supplemented by several years of experience in selling complex products or solutions.
• Extensive experience in negotiating commercial and technical terms for large-scale projects.
• Solid understanding of power plant technologies, including gas and steam turbines, and familiarity with cost parameters for power projects.
• Awareness of current trends and drivers within the power industry and associated projects.
• Team-oriented, reliable, creative, flexible, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in demanding situations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is an advantage, and additional language skills such as Italian are beneficial.
